Choice health is a health product developed by Choice Prepayment that runs through an HMO. Being an insurance product, it has a ‘no premium no cover’ policy. Once a payment is confirmed made, the cover for health is provided in line with the payment made. The app has been configured not to allow amount beyond the premium for the year. There is no refund for a payment made. However, where multiple entries were made by an individual. Application has to be made to customercare@choiceprepayment.com and the refund will be made within 7 days of application.
